E. Warukira Mburu – DIRECTOR

E. Warukira Mburu serves as an executive director at Littlemore estates and is a seasoned real estate developer having started her career as a teacher before venturing into property business in 2013. She holds a degree in International relations from USIU-Kenya and a diploma in education from KHA. Mrs. Mburu is a member of the Kindergarten Headmistress’ Association.

James Mburu Karanja-DIRECTOR

James Mburu Karanja serves as an executive director at Littlemore Estates Limited. James is a seasoned professional in the Real Estate and Banking Sector. He has held senior positions in the banking sector including CFC bank, Co-operative bank and Housing Finance mainly handling the real estate portfolio.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Warnborough University College, Kent (UK), a Bachelor of commerce (Accounting) from the University of Nairobi and is an Associate of the Kenya institute of bankers. He also holds a Certified public accountant (CPA) of Kenya (Part 2) qualification.
James is an active member of the Kenya Private Developers Association.
